"Inadequacies" in Police Search Led to Death
The front page of the Swansea Evening Post yesterday (January 27th, 2023) carried the following headline: "Grieving Family's Call for Police Changes". The gist of the story seems to be that a woman, Hannah Warren, aged 28, from London, who had been behaving irrationally, drove erratically away from her home in London, driving around several towns in the south-west of England, before turning up dead in Port Talbot docks in South Wales on February 4th, 2016. She was considered a medium-risk missing person, but inadequacies of the Metropolitan Police's search may have lead to her death. See the two accompanying photos for the full story, or read about it online HERE.
